Salad " Guatemala"

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ JUICE OF HALF A LEMON
→ RED SWEET GROUND PEPPER (PAPRIKA)
→ 4 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 3 TOMATOES
→ 2-3 ONIONS
→ 20 G OLIVES
→ 2 ZUCCHINI
→ 2 GARLIC CLOVES
→ 150 G CANNED SARDINES
→ 1 HOT RED PEPPER POD
→ 1 TABLESPOON 3% VINEGAR
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

Cut the onion into rings, add crushed garlic, peeled and sliced tomatoes, boiled and diced zucchini, sardines, hot pepper and olives.

Season the salad with oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, ground black and red sweet pepper.

Before serving, decorate the dish with egg slices.
