Salad " Hanoi"

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 200 G SALTED HERRING
→ 200 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 2 HEADS OF ONIONS

Boiled potatoes and boneless herring fillet (see "Cutting fish") cut into small pieces, onions and egg whites – small cubes.

Lay in layers: sprinkle a layer of potatoes with salt, onion and pepper, and then lay out a layer of herring. Top the dish with a layer of potatoes and pour mayonnaise.

You can decorate the dish with finely chopped parsley.
