Salad " Road"

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 500 G OF FISH (PINK SALMON, COD, WALLEYE, ETC.)
→ 3 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 2 CARROTS
→ 1/2 SMALL ONION

Boiled fish (see notes "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish") and boiled eggs finely chop.

Fry the onions and carrots in butter.

Mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper and season with the oil in which the vegetables were fried.
