Salad " Surf"

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ A FEW BLACK PEPPER PEAS
→ 300 G FRESH FISH (POLLOCK, PINK SALMON, LAMPSUNG, LOBAN, COD)
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 200 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 1 LEMON OR 1 TOMATO
→ 1 BAY LEAF

Cook the fish in salted water with the addition of a few peas of black pepper and bay leaf (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"). Separate the flesh from the bones and cut into thin slices.

Mix the fish with the egg, cut into cubes. Pour mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish the finished salad with slices of lemon or red tomatoes.
