Salad dressing with mustard and coriander

Ingredients

→ 4 TABLESPOONS WINE VINEGAR
→ 175 G OLIVE OIL
→ 1 \ 3 TEASPOONS GROUND CORIANDER SEEDS (OPTIONAL)
→ 1 TABLESPOON FRENCH MUSTARD
→ 1 GARLIC CLOVE

Finely chop the garlic, then add it to the rest of the ingredients. The mass is thoroughly whipped in a blender, after which it can be filled with salads.
