Salad "Kuralkan"

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 4 EGGS
→ 350 G FILLET OF MOLVA OR OTHER FISH
→ 3 TABLESPOONS OF MILK
→ 20 G CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 20 G CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 100 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 TEASPOON MELTED BUTTER
→ 1 PICKLE

Cut boiled potatoes, pickled cucumber and boiled fish into cubes and season with mayonnaise. Bake an omelet (from eggs with milk) 3-4 mm thick, cool. Put the prepared salad on the omelet and roll up the envelope.

Pour the remaining mayonnaise over the dish. At the end of the salad, sprinkle with green onions and parsley.
