Salad of anchovies chopped

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 500 G SALTED SPRAT
→ 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 3 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 20 G CHOPPED PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS 3% VINEGAR
→ 2 SLICES OF WHITE BREAD
→ 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG (FOR DECORATION)
→ 0.5 CUP MILK

To prepare a salad of chopped sprat, boneless fillet of sprat (see the article "Cutting fish") and white bread soaked in milk should be passed through a meat grinder twice, add grated onion, salt, vinegar, sugar and mix well.

This dish can be prepared with cottage cheese, boiled carrots or beets with the addition of grated sweet and sour apple or sour cream.

Before serving, decorate the salad with chopped parsley or dill, as well as slices of boiled egg.
