Salad of herring, chopped with lard

Ingredients

→ 50 G OF LARD
→ 5 TABLESPOONS MUSTARD DRESSING
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 1-2 TABLESPOONS 3% VINEGAR
→ 1-2 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 0.5 TEASPOONS TABLESPOON MUSTARD

Boneless fillet of soaked herring (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Processing salted herring"), bacon and onions should be passed through a meat grinder, add ready-made mustard, vinegar, mix well and pour mustard dressing (see the recipe "Mustard dressing").

As a side dish to this salad, you can serve green lettuce, cucumbers, and canned green peas.
