Salad of herring or sprat with pickled vegetables

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ VEGETABLE OIL
→ 30 G GREEN SALAD
→ 30 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 2-3 SALTED HERRING OR 15-20 SALTED KEELS
→ 1-2 PIECES OF PICKLED SWEET PEPPER
→ 0.5 CUP PICKLED BEETROOT
→ 0.5 CUP PICKLED ONION

Clean the herring or sprat from the head, tail and entrails (see the article "Cutting fish").

Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the chopped onions, peppers, beets, herring, green onions, and then pour in the oil.

Mix everything together. Ready salad of herring or sprat with pickled vegetables to decorate with green leafy salad, sprinkle with herbs and green onions.
