Salad of "New" cod, polar cod, Bellugi or bluefish

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 5-6 OLIVES
→ 50-60 G OF DUTCH CHEESE
→ 500 G COD, POLAR COD, BELDYUGA OR LUFAR
→ 30 G OF GREENS
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 250 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 2 HEADS OF ONIONS

Boiled boneless fish fillet (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), eggs and onions chop, add grated cheese, season with mayonnaise and mix well.

Put in a salad bowl, garnish with herbs and olives.
