Salad of Sudak

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ LEMON JUICE
→ 300 G OF WALLEYE
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 150 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 CUCUMBER
→ 1 PICKLED BELL PEPPER (OR SIMPLY RED BELL PEPPER)

Fish gut, cut into large pieces and boil, then cut into boneless fillets, cut into small pieces and pour a small amount of lemon juice (see the article "Cutting fish", "Features of cooking boiled fish").

Cut the boiled potatoes and other ingredients into strips. Mix everything, season with salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
