Salad with cod and horseradish

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 50 G GREEN ONION + 20 G ONION FOR DECORATION
→ 4-5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 250 G BONELESS FILLET OF BOILED COD (SEE "CUTTING FISH" AND " FEATURES OF COOKING BOILED FISH")
→ 20 G OF GREENS OF PARSLEY FOR DECORATION
→ 2 TEASPOONS OF 3%-TH VINEGAR
→ 2 FRESH CUCUMBERS + 0.5 CUCUMBERS FOR DECORATION
→ 100 G GRATED HORSERADISH
→ 0.5 CUPS OF MAYONNAISE

Cut the cooked cold cod fillet into cubes. Cut the potatoes and cucumbers into slices.

Put mayonnaise in a bowl, add grated horseradish, salt, vinegar to the mayonnaise, and then mix everything with narzannoy fish, potatoes, cucumbers and transfer to a salad bowl. Garnish the salad with cucumber slices, finely chopped green onions and parsley sprigs.
