Salad with herring and bell pepper

Ingredients

→ VEGETABLE OIL
→ 3% VINEGAR OR LEMON JUICE
→ 2 SALTED HERRING (MEDIUM SIZE)
→ 100G CANNED GREEN BEANS
→ 1 MEDIUM ONION
→ 1 PICKLED CUCUMBER
→ 1 PICKLED BELL PEPPER
→ 1 LARGE SWEET AND SOUR APPLE

Soak the herring for 6 hours (see "Processing salted herring"). Cut into small pieces boneless herring fillet (see "Cutting fish"), bell pepper, cucumber, green beans, onion and apple.

Season the salad with vinegar or lemon juice and vegetable oil.
