Salad with herring

Ingredients

→ VEGETABLE OIL (PREFERABLY OLIVE OIL)
→ MUSTARD
→ 3% VINEGAR
→ 250 G SALTED HERRING
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 1 KG OF BOILED POTATOES

Peel the potatoes cooked in the uniform and cut them into discs. Onions cut into rings. Cut the herring into boneless fillets (see "Cutting fish") into small pieces.

Put on a dish layers of potatoes, onions and herring, pour the dressing of vegetable oil, vinegar and mustard.
