Salad with oysters

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 2-3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 1-1. 5 TABLESPOONS DRY WHITE WINE
→ 100 G PARSLEY OR 50 G PARSLEY AND 50 G CELERY
→ 10 OYSTERS
→ 1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

Peeled and sliced potatoes pour white wine and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Cook the prepared oysters in water with salt and parsley or celery, then cool and peel off the films.

Before serving, mix potatoes, oysters and apple slices with mayonnaise, put in a salad bowl, sprinkle parsley on top and garnish with hard-boiled egg quarters.
