Salad with salted sardines or anchovy

Ingredients

→ 5-6 GREEN LETTUCE LEAVES
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 3 TABLESPOONS CANNED GREEN PEAS
→ 2-3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 2 GREEN ONION STALKS
→ 150 G SALTED SPRAT OR HAMSA
→ 1-2 FRESH OR SALTED CUCUMBERS
→ 1-2 TOMATOES
→ 1 BOILED CARROT
→ 0.5 CUP SALAD DRESSING

Boiled and peeled potatoes, carrots, fresh or pickled cucumbers, tomatoes cut into slices. Chop the green onions. Add canned green peas, boneless fillet of salted sprat (hamsa, tulki) (see the article "Cutting fish"), pour salad dressing.

Salad of salted sprat or hamsa put a slide in a salad bowl, decorate with tomato slices, fish slices, cucumber discs, lettuce leaves and herbs.
