Salad with sprats

Ingredients

→ 8 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 6 BOILED POTATOES
→ 3 BOILED CARROTS
→ 250 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 240 G SPRAT (1 JAR)

Cut the vegetables into small cubes, sprats mash with a fork, whites and yolks separately, finely chopped.

In a salad bowl, lay layers of sprats, potatoes, carrots, egg whites. Each layer is anointed with mayonnaise. Top the salad with grated egg yolk.
