Salted cod and potato salad

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 500G SALTED COD
→ 5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 20 G PARSLEY (FOR DECORATION)
→ 2 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 1.5 TABLESPOONS 3% VINEGAR
→ 1.5 VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

Salt cod soak for 12 hours in cold boiled water, then boil in a small amount of water with spices. Cool the finished fish without removing it from the broth.

Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Finely chop the onion.

Add the fish cut into small pieces to the potatoes and onions. All this is seasoned with vegetable oil and vinegar.

Garnish the salad with parsley and egg slices. For sharpness, you can add 1 teaspoon of ready-made mustard.
