Salted cod salad with green onions

Ingredients

→ GROUND PAPRIKA (ON THE TIP OF A KNIFE)
→ 4 TABLESPOONS SESAME OIL
→ 4 BOILED POTATOES
→ 300 G BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED COD
→ 20 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 2 SWEET AND SOUR APPLES
→ 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE

Boil potatoes in a uniform until soft, peel and cut into cubes.

Fillet of salted cod cut into small pieces.

Peel the apples, remove the core and chop them.

Wash the green onions well, shake off the water and chop them finely.

Prepare the salad dressing: mix sesame oil, lemon juice and paprika.

Put in a salad bowl finely chopped fillet of salted cod, potatoes, apples and 10 g of chopped green onions, pour over the salad dressing and mix well.

Ready salad sprinkle with the remaining green onions.
