Salted herring salad with vegetables and apples

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 3-4 TABLESPOONS OF MAYONNAISE
→ 30 G GREEN SALAD
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 3% VINEGAR
→ 2-3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 2 TOMATOES
→ 2 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 1-2 FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 1-2 BOILED CARROTS
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE
→ 1 TEASPOON OF MOSCOW SAUCE»

Boil carrots and potatoes, cook boneless fillet from herring (see "Cutting fish").

All products (tomatoes, apple, eggs, onions, potatoes, herring, cucumbers, carrots) in small pieces and mix. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, sauce, salt and mix.

Before serving, sprinkle the dish with herbs, garnish with green lettuce leaves, as well as tomato and apple slices.
