Sambucus

Sambuk is a dessert that is a kind of mousse (although it has a denser consistency than mousse). Sambuk is prepared from fruit and berry puree with the addition of raw egg whites, gelatin and sugar. Often, small pieces of fruit and berries are added instead of mashed potatoes.
