→ 1 CAN OF KET OR PAYUS CAVIAR (YOU CAN ALSO USE PIKE CAVIAR OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF RED CAVIAR)
Put a slice of hard-boiled egg on a circle of bread. In the center of this slice, make a small mound of caviar. On the edges of the egg slice, make a rim of pure oil or oil with mashed caviar (1 teaspoon of caviar for 2 teaspoons of oil) with a special syringe (or package). If a slide of black caviar is placed in the middle of the egg slice, then it is surrounded with oil mixed with red caviar. You can also circle a slide of red caviar with oil mixed with black caviar.
