Sandwiches canapes with sardines or salted salmon

Ingredients

→ 80 G BUTTER
→ 75 G TOMATO PASTE OR MASHED BOILED SPINACH
→ 50 G PARSLEY
→ 400-500 G OF BAKED BREAD OR PUFF PASTRY IN THE OVEN
→ 250-300 G BONELESS SARDINE FILLET IN OIL OR BONELESS SALTED SALMON FILLET
→ 2 FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 150 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 LEMON

On a piece of oval-shaped bread baked from puff or pastry dough, put a piece of sardine without bones (see "Cutting fish"), cover with mayonnaise, to which you can add tomato paste or boiled mashed spinach (see recipes " Salted puff pastry (yeast-free)", "Sweet unleavened dough with citric acid or lemon juice", "Sweet unleavened dough with sour cream"). On top of a piece of sardine, put 1/2 slice of lemon without grains.

Canapes with salmon are made as follows: a piece of salmon is placed on an oval piece of rich bread, one end of it is bent, and the other is decorated with butter, a leaf of parsley and a piece of fresh cucumber.
