Sandwiches, canapés with cheese and anchovies
Ingredients
→ 80 G OF CHEESE (BETTER EDAMA OR GOUDA)
→ 3-4 SPRATS
→ 30 G BUTTER OR 20-30 G SUNFLOWER OIL
→ 3 RADISHES
→ 100 G (4 SLICES) OF WHITE BREAD OR 6-8 PIECES OF SALTED COOKIES
Toasted bread or cookies spread with kilechnoe butter (see the recipe "Kilechnoe butter"), put chopped sprat (without bones) on top (see the article "Cutting fish"), on it-a thick slice of cheese and thin slices of radish.
