Sandwiches, canapés with egg and anchovies
→ 4-5 KILEK SALTED
→ 30 G DILL OR GREEN ONION
→ 30 G BUTTER OR SUNFLOWER OIL
→ 100 G (4 SLICES) BLACK OR WHITE BREAD
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
Toasted slice of bread spread with a thin layer of butter or sunflower oil, put a slice of egg on top.
Cut round sandwiches the size of a slice of egg with a mold, put a rolled-up sprat on them and decorate with dill or chopped green onions.
