Sandwiches, canapés with egg oil

Ingredients

→ 50 G BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED HERRING OR SPRAT
→ 30 G OF DILL
→ 25 G EGG BUTTER
→ 100 G (4 SLICES) BLACK OR WHITE BREAD

Toasted slice of white or black bread spread with a thick layer of egg butter, cut into triangular pieces, put a small piece of herring fillet (or sprat) on each of them, and then decorate the sandwich with a sprig of dill.
