Sandwiches with a salad of sprats

Ingredients

→ BREAD
→ 4 TABLESPOONS CANNED PEAS
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE OR SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 100 G SPRAT
→ 1.5 PICKLES
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 1 BOILED CARROT

Sprats, potatoes, carrots, egg and pickles cut into small cubes, then mix them with peas and mayonnaise (or sour cream).

Salad, put on sandwiches, decorate with parsley or dill.
