Ingredients

→ 4-5 SALTED KEELS
→ 25 G EGG BUTTER
→ 1-2 GREEN ONION FEATHERS
→ 100 G OF RYE BREAD (4 SLICES)

Spread the rye bread with egg butter, put the peeled sprats on top, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
