Sandwiches with chopped herring

Ingredients

→ 4 SLICES OF BREAD
→ 4 CIRCLES OF BOILED CARROTS
→ 4 ONION RINGS
→ 4 SPRIGS OF PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED HERRING
→ 1 TABLESPOON SOFTENED BUTTER

Slices of bread spread with butter, in the middle of each put a mound of chopped herring fillet (see "Cutting fish"). Put carrots and onions on the edges of the sandwiches.

As a decoration, use sprigs of parsley or dill.
