Sandwiches with egg, herring and chives

Ingredients

→ 30 G BUTTER
→ 30 G CHIVES
→ 2-3 PIECES OF BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED HERRING OR 3-4 SALTED SPRATS
→ 100 G OF BREAD
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

Finely chop the onion. Spread the bread with a thick layer of butter and put it in the chopped onion so that it sticks to the oil. On top of the sandwich, put a few slices of egg (see "Hard-boiled eggs") and pieces of herring or sprat (see "Cutting fish").
