Sandwiches with fish, horseradish and green onions

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 50 G DILL AND GREEN ONIONS
→ 2-3 TABLESPOONS GRATED HORSERADISH OR HORSERADISH SAUCE WITH VINEGAR AND BEET JUICE"
→ 2-3 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 20-30 G BUTTER
→ 200-300 G OF BOILED, FRIED OR SMOKED FISH
→ 100-150 G (1-6 SLICES) BLACK BREAD
→ 1 SWEET PEPPER POD
→ 1 TOMATO

On an oblong slice of toasted bread, put a large piece of boneless fillet of boiled, fried or smoked fish (see "Cutting fish", "Features of cooking boiled fish","Fried fish"). On top and next to the bread, put a slide of sour cream mixed with grated horseradish. Next to the fish, place slices of tomato and sweet pepper.

Decorate the sandwich with dill and chopped green onions.
