Sandwiches with herring and delicatessen oil

Ingredients

→ 25 G GREEN OR EGG BUTTER
→ 2-3 ONION RINGS OR 1-2 GREEN ONION FEATHERS
→ 100 G OF RYE BREAD (4 SLICES)
→ 1\4 SMALL SALTED HERRING

Spread rye bread with egg or green butter, and then put half of the boneless herring fillet on it, which can be pre-cut into thin strips for convenience.

On top of the sandwich, sprinkle with chopped green onion or garnish with rings of onions.
