Sandwiches with herring, potato salad and fried eggs

Ingredients

→ SCRAMBLED EGGS FROM 2 EGGS (PREFERABLY WITH HARD-BOILED YOLKS)
→ 50 G DILL OR PARSLEY
→ 20 G SOFTENED BUTTER
→ 100-150 G (4-6 SLICES) OF BLACK BREAD
→ 1 CUP POTATO SALAD
→ 1 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 TOMATO

Lightly toast the bread or spread with butter. Half of the sandwich is covered with potato salad, and next to lay eggs.

Peeled boneless herring fillet cut into narrow strips, put them in a row on potato salad and scrambled eggs.

Decorate the sandwiches with tomato slices and herbs.
