Sandwiches with potatoes, herring and onions

Ingredients

→ 50 G DILL OR PARSLEY
→ 4-5 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 4-5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 20-30 G EGG OR MUSTARD OIL OR HORSERADISH OIL
→ 100-150 G (4-6 SLICES) OF BLACK BREAD
→ 100-120 G BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED HERRING WITHOUT SKIN AND BONES
→ 1 SWEET PEPPER POD
→ 1 TOMATO
→ 1 ONION

A large piece of bread is thickly spread with butter and covered with potato slices (see recipes "Egg butter", "Butter with horseradish"). On the potatoes, lay pieces of herring in transverse rows, which should be cut into thin strips (see the article "Cutting fish"). Between the pieces of herring and on top of them put chopped or sliced onion rings.

Pour sour cream over the sandwich (or do not use sour cream at all). Then it can be decorated with dill (parsley), as well as pepper or tomato slices.
