Sandwiches with scrambled eggs, sardines (sprats) and vegetables

Ingredients

→ SCRAMBLED EGGS OF 1 EGG (PREFERABLY WITH A STEEP YOLK
→ 50 G PARSLEY
→ 4-12 SMALL SARDINES IN OIL (INSTEAD OF SARDINES, YOU CAN USE SPRATS OR PEELED SMOKED FISH)
→ 15-20 G BUTTER OR GREEN BUTTER
→ 100-150 G (4-6 SLICES) WHITE BREAD
→ 1 FRESH CUCUMBER OR 2 RADISHES

In the middle of a buttered piece of bread, put fried eggs, on the sides – boneless fillet of sardines, and between the ends of the fillet – circles of radish or cucumber slices.

 Decorate the sandwich with parsley.
