Sandwiches with smoked fish and cottage cheese

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ MUSTARD
→ 80-100 G OF COTTAGE CHEESE (9% FAT CONTENT)
→ 300 G OF BREAD (12 SLICES)
→ 30 G DILL OR PARSLEY
→ 200 G SMOKED FISH
→ 2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
→ 0.5 CUP CHOPPED CELERY ROOT

Clean the fish, remove the bones, chop the pulp, mix with cottage cheese, mayonnaise and finely chopped celery. Season to taste with salt and mustard. The resulting mass is spread on slices of bread and garnish with herbs.
