Sandwiches with sprat and liver sausage

Ingredients

→ 4-8 PIECES OF BONELESS FILLET SARDINES
→ 20-30 G BUTTER, GREEN OR MUSTARD OIL FOR SANDWICHES
→ 100-150 G LIVER SAUSAGE
→ 100-150 G (4-6 SLICES) RYE BREAD
→ 1 PICKLE
→ 1 TOMATO

Spread a large piece of bread with butter (see "Green butter", " Mustard oil for sandwiches), put the fillet of keels on top ("Cutting fish"), completely covering the surface of the bread with it.

Place slices of liver sausage on the keel fillet, and between them-slices of pickled cucumber and tomato.
