Sandwiches with sprats

Ingredients

→ 8 PIECES OF SPRATS, CANNED IN OIL
→ 4 LEMON SLICES
→ 4 SPRIGS OF PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 200 G OF BREAD (8 SLICES)
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SOFTENED SHRIMP OIL

Spread the bread slices with shrimp oil (see "Shrimp oil"), and put the sprats on top.

The resulting sandwiches are decorated with lemon slices, as well as sprigs of dill or parsley.
