Sardines stewed with vegetables

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ FISH BROTH OR WATER
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
→ 500 G SARDINE FILLET
→ 4 POTATOES
→ 2 CUPS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 CARROTS
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 1 TABLESPOON GRATED CHEESE
→ 1 TABLESPOON SOFTENED BUTTER

Sardine fillets are cut into small pieces (see the article "Cutting fish").

In an enameled pot or ceramic pot, put sliced potatoes, pour water or fish broth so that the potatoes are covered, salt and cook until half cooked (see the article "Fish broth"). Then add the fish fillets, fried onions, carrots and pour sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put it to simmer in the oven or on the stove (in this case, the pot is covered with a lid). Serve the dish directly in the pot or spread on a plate.
