Scallop muscle salad with cabbage and apples

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 400 G RAW OR CANNED SCALLOP MUSCLE
→ 30 G OF GREENS
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 200 G WHITE CABBAGE
→ 2 SWEET AND SOUR APPLES
→ 180 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 10 OLIVES

Boil the scallop muscle in salted water (30-35 minutes) and cut into pieces, thinly chop the fresh cabbage and lightly rub it with salt. Cut into slices apples, peeled previously from the skin and seeds, and the whites of boiled eggs. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and season the salad with mayonnaise.

Put the salad in a slide in a salad bowl, decorate it with herbs, pitted olives and chopped egg yolks.
