Sea bass salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 6-7 GREEN ONION STALKS OR 1 SMALL ONION
→ 50 G GREEN SALAD
→ 400 G BONELESS SEA BASS FILLET
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 3% VINEGAR
→ 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 2 CUCUMBERS
→ 1 BOILED EGG
→ 1 TOMATO
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE

Peel fresh cucumbers and apples, cut into small cubes, cut boiled fish into larger cubes (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), chop green onions.

Put everything in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and season with vinegar, vegetable oil and finely chopped parsley. Soak for 30-40 minutes in a cold place. Place on a platter, garnish with slices of fresh tomatoes, eggs and lettuce leaves. Green onions can be replaced with chopped onions.
