Sea buckthorn "dar Katuni" (Siberian selection)
Sea buckthorn berries of the "dar Katuni" variety have an egg-shaped shape. At the calyx and peduncle, they are decorated with crimson spots, while they themselves are orange-yellow in color.
The taste of the berries is sour, so they are most often used for home preparations.
