Shrimp salad with rice

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 600G SHRIMP
→ 50G GREEN LETTUCE + A FEW LETTUCE LEAVES FOR DECORATION
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 3 TABLESPOONS BOILED CRUMBLY RICE
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS + 1 EGG FOR DECORATION
→ 2-3 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 100 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 100 G CANNED GREEN PEAS

Shrimp salad with rice is prepared as follows: shrimps need to be boiled (boiled and frozen are cooked 3-5 minutes after boiling, and raw-10-12 minutes), cleaned from the shell and finely chopped.

Cook the rice and cool it (see the recipe "Japanese rice"). Finely chop the onion, put it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, cool. Crumble the white of the eggs, grind the yolk with mayonnaise. Finely chop the salad. Mix everything together, add the peas, mayonnaise and salt.

Garnish the shrimp salad with rice on top with green lettuce leaves and egg slices.
