Shrimp salad with squash and pickled mushrooms

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ SUGAR
→ LEMON JUICE
→ 250 G SHRIMP
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 150 G SQUASH
→ 150 G PICKLED MUSHROOMS
→ 125 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

Boil the shrimps (boiled-frozen ones are cooked 3-5 minutes after boiling, and raw ones-10-12 minutes), peel off the shell, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Boiled potatoes, squash, pickled mushrooms cut into thin slices, season with mayonnaise, sugar and salt to taste. Then mix everything and put it in a salad bowl.

On top of the salad, put the shrimp and slices of boiled egg.

Instead of boiled shrimp, you can use canned crabs or boiled scallop muscle.
