Shrimp salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ LEMON JUICE
→ 400 G SHRIMP
→ 4 BOILED POTATOES
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS + 1 EGG FOR DECORATION
→ 160 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 150 G CANNED GREEN PEAS

Boil the shrimps (boiled-frozen ones are cooked 3-5 minutes after boiling, and raw ones-10-12 minutes), peel off the shell, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut the boiled potatoes and eggs into slices, add the peas and prepared shrimp to them (while leaving a little shrimp for decoration). All season with mayonnaise, salt and mix gently. Place in a salad bowl, garnish with peas, shrimp and egg slices.

This salad can also be made from canned shrimp.
