Sichenyky (minced meatballs) fish

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ MILK OR WATER
→ 400 G BONELESS FISH FILLET (COD, HAKE, PERCH, WALLEYE, PIKE)
→ 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 2-3 EGGS
→ 2 TABLESPOONS BREADCRUMBS
→ 100 G WHITE BREAD (WITHOUT CRUST)
→ 1 ONION

Wash the fish fillet (see the article "Cutting fish"), cut into small pieces, pass through a meat grinder along with chopped onions and wheat bread soaked in water or milk, add salt, eggs, pepper and mix everything.

The resulting mass is divided into portions, roll in breadcrumbs (see the recipe "White breadcrumbs"), give the sicheniki an oval-flattened shape and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
