Sicilian fish
Ingredients
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ BUTTER FOR FRYING (BUTTER OR VEGETABLE OIL)
→ 4-5 POTATOES
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 200 G MUSHROOMS
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 1-2 SMALL ZUCCHINI
→ 1 CUP OLIVE OIL
→ 1 CUP BOILED COLD WATER
→ 1 KG OF LARGE SEA FISH (PERCH, CATFISH, HALIBUT OR OTHER)
→ 0.5 LEMON
Clean the fish, cut it into portions (see "Cutting fish"), make 1-2 oblique cuts in each of them and insert lemon slices into them.
Put the fish on a greased baking sheet, spread around it sliced onions, diced potatoes and zucchini, and put small mushrooms on top, season with salt and pepper, pour olive oil and water and bake at 180 degrees in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve the dish very hot, sprinkled with parsley.
