Small sandwiches with herring and egg
Ingredients
→ 30 G MUSTARD, TOMATO OIL OR BUTTER WITH THE HORSERADISH
→ 1-2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 100 G (4 SLICES) BLACK BREAD
→ 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED GREEN ONION
→ 1 TABLESPOON THICK SOUR CREAM (20% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1 TOMATO OR 1 SMALL FRESH CUCUMBER
→ 0.5 SALTED HERRING
Spread the bread with butter (see fig ."Tomato butter for sandwiches", "Butter with horseradish"), peel the herring, remove the bones (see "Cutting fish"), and then cut into thin strips.
