Smoked eel

Ingredients

→ 400 G SMOKED EEL
→ 40 G CHOPPED FRESH CELERY ROOT
→ 40 G OF BOILED CARROTS
→ 40 G PARSLEY
→ 200 G OF MAYONNAISE

Clean the eel from the skin, remove the spine, put it on a porcelain dish or small serving plates and decorate with sprigs of greens, chopped celery root, as well as thin slices (disks) of boiled carrots.

Separately, serve mayonnaise to the eel.
