Smoked fish pate

Ingredients

→ 20 G OF DILL
→ 2 TOMATOES
→ 1-1. 5 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT) OR MAYONNAISE
→ 100 G SMOKED FISH
→ 1.5-2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 1 POD OF RED SWEET PEPPER
→ 0.5 TEASPOON LEMON ZEST

Chop the smoked fish with a fork or pass through a meat grinder, mix with mayonnaise or sour cream, grind until smooth, and then season with lemon juice and zest.

To decorate the pate, use tomatoes, dill or red sweet pepper.
